- 8 Chick Peeps
- 4-8 Peanut Butter Chocolate Eggs
- 12-15 Cadbury Chocolate Eggs
- 8 Shortbread Cookies
- 3 Vanilla Wafers
- 3 Strawberry Wafers
- 13 Strawberries
- 1/2 cup Green Buttercream Frosting
- Easter/Pastel Sprinkles

Substitutions & Variations
- Swap strawberries for raspberries or blueberries.
- Try graham crackers instead of shortbread cookies.
- Try chocolate or coconut Peeps.
- Add a white chocolate drizzle.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Cut the tops off 12 strawberries, so they lay flat, bottom-side up.
Cut vanilla and strawberry wafers in half lengthwise. Arrange wafers in the center of the charcuterie board, alternating colors.
Form an egg shape with strawberries around the wafers. Above the wafers, make 3 rows (3 strawberries, 2 strawberries, 1 at the tip). Below the wafers, make 2 rows (4 strawberries, then 3 strawberries).

Place 2 shortbread cookies in the left top corner of the charcuterie board, 2 on the right top, and so forth on the bottom left and right. You want there to be a good amount of space between each pair of cookies.
Fill a piping bag with green frosting fitted with a grass tip.

Pipe loops of frosting in open spaces, then go over it with a squeezing and pulling motion to create a grass effect.
Sprinkle pastel sprinkles over the frosting.

Place two peeps, side by side, in front of each pair of shortbread cookies.
Then, add one or two peanut butter chocolate eggs in front of the chicks.

Spread a few chocolate eggs around the board to fill in any extra grassy space.

Serve and Enjoy!
This sweet charcuterie board pairs perfectly with a warm cup of hot cocoa or coffee for the adults, while kids will love it with a refreshing glass of fresh lemonade or fruit punch. For an extra festive touch, serve it alongside mini carrot cake cupcakes to complement the Easter theme.
Tips for Success
- Use fresh strawberries to keep the board looking vibrant.
- Pipe the grass frosting last so it doesn’t get flattened by other ingredients.
- Chill the board for 15 minutes before serving to help everything stay in place.

Storing and Freezing
- Fridge: Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
- Make Ahead: Assemble the board a few hours in advance, but add the frosting just before serving.
Frequent Questions
