Crust and Topping

  • 2 cans pillsbury crescent rolls
  • ½ cup white granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ tablespoons cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg

Filling

  • 2 8- ounce packages of cream cheese
  • ½ cup white granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 egg

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare a baking dish with baking spray.
  • In a mixing bowl, add the cream cheese and blend with a hand mixer until smooth.
  • Add the sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice to the cream cheese mixture. Blend again until smooth and creamy.
  • Lastly add in the egg and mix until completely combined.
