Birthday Cake Fudge

Easy birthday cake fudge made with vanilla bark, icing, and rainbow sprinkles. A no-bake treat that’s ready in minutes and perfect for celebrations or gifting!

Equipment

  • Parchment Paper
  • 9x9 or Smaller Baking Dish

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. of Vanilla Bark
  • 1 container of Vanilla or Rainbow Chip Icing
  • Rainbow Sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Start by placing your vanilla bark in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in one minute intervals, stirring after each, until melted.
  • Place your icing in the microwave for one minute. Add to your melted chocolate.
  • Stir until well combined and smooth.
  • Line your baking dish with parchment paper. Running parchment paper under water beforehand makes it easier to work with.
  • Pour half of your fudge batter into your lined baking dish. Top with rainbow sprinkles.
  • Pour the remaining batter on top. Smooth out evenly and top with additional sprinkles.
  • Place in the fridge for two hours to set.
  • Pull parchment paper and fudge out of your baking dish. Slice into squares.
  • Serve and enjoy. This fudge is easy to make but tastes like you spent all day on it!
