Start by placing your vanilla bark in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in one minute intervals, stirring after each, until melted.

Place your icing in the microwave for one minute. Add to your melted chocolate.

Stir until well combined and smooth.

Line your baking dish with parchment paper. Running parchment paper under water beforehand makes it easier to work with.

Pour half of your fudge batter into your lined baking dish. Top with rainbow sprinkles.

Pour the remaining batter on top. Smooth out evenly and top with additional sprinkles.

Place in the fridge for two hours to set.

Pull parchment paper and fudge out of your baking dish. Slice into squares.

Serve and enjoy. This fudge is easy to make but tastes like you spent all day on it!
