Buffalo Chicken Celery Sticks

Ingredients
  

  • 6 celery sticks
  • 2 cups cooked chicken chopped small
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Franks hot sauce
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • Toppings - ranch feta cheese crumbles, extra hot sauce, sliced green onions

Instructions
 

  • Cut the celery stalks into 3rds, and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, use a fork to combine the chopped chicken and cream cheese.
  • In a microwave safe bowl, heat the butter on 30 second increments, until melted.
  • Add the melted butter and hot sauce to the chicken mixture, and add the seasonings.
  • Stir until everything is well combined.
  • Spoon the chicken mixture into the wells of the celery stalk pieces.
  • When serving, top with ranch, cheese crumbles, extra hot sauce, or green onions.
