Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 Granny Smith apple peeled and grated
  • 3 tablespoons caramel ice cream topping divided
  • 3/4 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Peel and grate the apple.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar with an electric mixer until fluffy.
  • Add shredded apple, 2 tablespoons caramel sauce, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Beat until combined.
  • Stir in half of the chopped pecans and chocolate.
  • Lay a sheet of plastic wrap on a flat surface. Form the mixture into a ball on the plastic wrap, then wrap tightly. Chill for 4 hours.
  • Remove cheeseball from fridge and place on a small plate.
  • Combine remaining chopped pecans and chocolate, then sprinkle over the cheeseball.
  • Drizzle remaining caramel over the top. Serve with apple slices or graham crackers.
