Chicken Pot Pie Casserole

This easy chicken pot pie casserole with crescent rolls is creamy, hearty, and perfect for weeknight dinner. Made with rotisserie chicken, mixed vegetables, and a flaky crescent crust.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tubes 8 oz each crescent rolls
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables thawed
  • 2 cups frozen Hashbrowns O’Brien thawed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 dish.
  • Press one tube crescent rolls into bottom and bake 15 minutes.
  • Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl.
  • Spread filling over baked crust.
  • Top with second tube of crescent rolls and cut vent slits.
  • Bake 20 minutes until golden brown.
