Patriotic Fudge

This easy swirl fudge is perfect for the summer holidays. Just two main ingredients are all you need to make this delicious red, white, and blue fudge!

Equipment

  • Double boiler or heat-safe bowl + saucepan
  • Medium mixing bowl
  • Silicone spatula
  • Parchment Paper
  • 8x8 inch baking dish
  • Sharp knife

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • Red and blue food coloring
  • 1–2 tbsp star sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the pan: Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper so the fudge lifts out easily once set.
  • Melt the chocolate: Use a double boiler over low heat to melt the white chocolate chips, stirring constantly until smooth.
  • Mix in the milk: Pour the sweetened condensed milk into the melted chocolate and stir until fully combined.
  • Add food coloring: Add 2 drops of red and 2 drops of blue food coloring. Gently swirl it in with a spatula—don’t overmix!

  • Pour and swirl: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan. The swirl pattern will naturally spread as you pour.
  • Decorate: Top with sprinkles and lightly press them into the surface so they stick.

  • Chill: Freeze for 30 minutes or refrigerate for about 2 hours until set.
  • Cut and serve: Lift out using the parchment, then cut into 36 small squares.
