Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix the strawberry cake mix, melted butter, eggs, and strawberry gelatin until fully combined.
Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let them cool completely before frosting.
In a mixing bowl, melt the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add the powdered sugar, mixing until fully combined.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of milk and the vanilla extract, beating until the frosting reaches a smooth, spreadable consistency.
Place the golden Oreos in a food processor and pulse until crumbled. (Alternatively, crush them in a ziplock bag using a rolling pin.)
Mix the Oreo crumbs with strawberry gelatin powder and melted butter until combined.
Spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the cooled blondies.
Sprinkle the strawberry crunch topping generously over the frosting, pressing it in slightly to adhere. Add a few crumbled golden oreos as well.
Slice into squares and enjoy!
