Queso Blanco Rotel Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 16 oz Queso Blanco Velveeta cheese cut into cubes
  • 10 oz can Rotel tomatoes with green chiles drained

Instructions
 

  • Brown the ground beef in a large skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks, until no longer pink. Drain grease.
  • Cut the cheese into cubes, and add it to the skillet.
  • Pour in the Rotel.
  • Stir until the cheese has melted and the dip is smooth.

Notes

  • Use a nonstick skillet to prevent sticking and burning.
  • Keep it warm by transferring it to a slow cooker on the ‘warm’ setting for serving at parties.
  • Double the batch for larger gatherings – it disappears quickly!
