  • 8 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 1 cup blue candy melts
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 ½ cups Oreo Cookies broken into pieces
  • 1 ½ cups Chips Ahoy Cookies broken into pieces
  • Candy eyeballs

Instructions
 

  • Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Melt the candy melts, peanut butter, and butter in a large microwave safe bowl in 30 second intervals, until melted. Stir in the vanilla.
  • Pour the cereal into the bowl and toss to coat.
  • Dump half the cereal into a gallon ziplock, then add half the powdered sugar. Shake the bag around until everything is coated in powdered sugar.
  • Pour onto the baking sheet. Repeat step 4 the second half of candy coated cereal and powdered sugar.
  • Dump it all back into the bowl, then fold in cookies.
  • Spread mixture onto the parchment paper lined baking tray, and allow to set for about an hour.
  • Store in an airtight container, then add candy eyeballs when ready to serve. (if you add them in before serving, they will just get buried.)
